An iconic North African condiment, our Harissa features enlivening heat from sun-kissed chillies with a citrus overture of piquant preserved lemons. We source our Harissa from artisan producers in Marrakech.
Red chilies contain vitamins A, B and C with high levels of potassium, magnesium and iron. They are considered to be heart-healthy, boost the immune system and reduce inflammation.
Lemons are rich in vitamin C, with strong antibacterial and immune-boosting properties. This superb citrus fruit is alkalising in the human body.
